Baytech Site, Stem Property Development Plan, Fremont, California

The Baytech site is situated on a 17.9 acre parcel of land located within the City of San Jose, Santa Clara County, California. The site is within the Santa Clara Basin watershed, and stormwater from the site drains to Coyote Creek which discharges to the south San Francisco Bay. The basic purpose of the proposed Baytech project was to develop a Research and Development Industrial facility within an existing R&D industrial park along the Highway 237 corridor.

H&C developed natural systems, and other best management practices to treat stormwater runoff from the 17.9 acres of impervious surface to meet stringent water quality objectives.
