Benefits are a very important part of any compensation package, and at Huffman & Carpenter, Inc. we pride ourselves on our extensive benefit package.  Our employees are the businesses most important investment for the future, and this philosophy is clearly represented in the benefits we offer our working partners. 

The value of our benefits package can add up to an additional 40% of a full time employee's salary!!

The list below features the highlights of Huffman & Carpenter, Inc.'s benefits package:

Flextime: Employees may request to vary their work schedules within employer-defined limits.

Vacation Time: All full and regular part time employees accrue vacation time based on the number of hours worked.

Holidays: All full time employees are granted 10 paid holidays a year.

Employee Merit Bonus: All full and regular part time employees are eligible for an annual merit bonus that rewards exceptional performance.

Education: H&C pays tuition for graduate courses completed with a B or better grade.

Training: Commitment to personal and professional goals by designing a training program for each employee tailored to their 3 and 5 year goals.

Sick Leave: All full time employees accrue sick time based on the number of hours worked.

Medical Insurance: All full time employees are eligible for a group medical insurance plan.  The company pays the full monthly insurance premium for the employee only.  Spouses and children may be added as a co-share expense of the employee.

Dental Insurance: All full time employees are eligible for a group dental insurance plan.  The company pays the full monthly insurance premium for the employee only.  Spouses and children may be added as a co-share expense of the employee.

Vision Care: All full time employees are eligible for a group vision insurance plan. The company pays the full monthly insurance premium for the employee only.  Spouses and children may be added as a co-share expense of the employee.

Life Insurance: The company pays the full premium.

Long Term Disability Insurance: All full time employees are are eligible for a group long term disability plan, which is counted as taxable compensation.  The company pays the full monthly premium. 

Retirement Program: All employees who work over 1000 hours a year are eligible for the H&C, Inc. Profit Sharing Retirement Plan after they have completed their first year of service.
