Wow, it truly is amazing what can happen in just a short period of time! Even though we spent just a week in Haiti it was full of hard work, fun and excitement. We would like to thank Dixie, John and the entire GLA staff for their hospitality during our visit.

Lori and Joy assisted with the site assessment and are now working on a draft of the drainage plan including septic tank and leach field specifications and drawings. They are also completing a geophysical analysis and summary with well recommendations for the 4 hectares that will become the new children's campus for a Haitian orphanage.

Work on the land went well during our time there and has continued since our departure. Stones have been gathered, brush was cleared and even the foundation digging was started.

The team returned exhausted, but happy to have been able to help push this project one step closer to completion, as well as work with such amazing people. Thank you to EMI Canada and GLA!
